3. Description of Service
The Platform is an electronic menu system that allows users to view the menu, nutritional information, and pricing of participating restaurants and, where applicable, place orders for food and beverages. The Platform acts solely as an intermediary between the user and the restaurant.
3.1. Menu Accuracy and Information
The restaurants are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the menu content, including:
•Pricing: All prices are set by the restaurant and are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
•Nutritional Information: Restaurants are responsible for providing accurate nutritional and allergen information in compliance with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations.
•Availability: The availability of menu items is subject to the restaurant’s stock and operational capacity.
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1. Order Placement
When you place an order through the Platform, you are making an offer to purchase the items from the selected restaurant. The contract for the sale of food is between you and the restaurant, not the Company.
4.2. Payment
Payment methods accepted will be displayed on the Platform. You agree to pay the full amount for the order, including any applicable taxes or service charges. The Company uses secure, third-party payment processors.
5. Consumer Rights (Cancellation, Return, and Refund)
In compliance with the E-Commerce Law, the following policies apply:

The Company is an intermediary and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the food and beverages provided by the restaurants. Our liability for any direct damages arising from the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Saudi PDPL. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in [Insert City, e.g., Riyadh], Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
